Return policy for products purchased from www.softglow.ro

According to the legislation in force, within 14 days of taking possession of the product, you have the possibility to return it without any justification.

Products can preferably be returned via Fan Courier and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

The following are not accepted for return:

• Products that have been opened
• Products that have been tested/used
• Products that do not have the labels intact, have broken or erased seals
• Products purchased from other stores
• Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
• Products with packaging damaged in any way

These measures are specific to cosmetic products, as their validity period is calculated starting with the first opening of the package, and with their use/testing, the risk of virus transmission occurs by transferring the product to another person.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns), you have not informed us about the return. We reserve the right to ban the IP of customers who made online orders that they refused without justification.

Placing an order and unjustifiably refusing to pick up the order is a crime according to article 215 of the Criminal Code, and the seller reserves the right to sue the buyer in court until the damage caused is recovered.

Return rights are not granted for special products if they have been manufactured or modified according to the specific orders of the buyer.

The colors in reality may differ from the photos because the screen of the device on which they are viewed cannot perfectly reproduce the shades as perceived by the human eye.

Abandoning the purchase

According to the legislation in force, the renunciation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.

Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalty and without citing a reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product value will be made within 14 days of the return to a bank account specified by the buyer.

If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a return to original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as a second hand -hand or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product, at his expense.
This clause applies according to OG 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in OG 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e.

The refund policy is 14 days.
